Narrative:
My daughter and her friends and her friends mother were all sitting at the public park enjoying the day when they see officer S. Pipen across the street just watching them. As soon as he seen a high school student from the Atascadero High School show up at the park he immediately ran over to my daughter Ashley and told her to sit down and do not move. When my daughter seen that she was the only one in her group he was telling to sit down and do not move she stood up and told him that he was not singleing her out of all these kids. If she had to sit down so did the rest of her group. My daughter goes to a different school then the some of the other kids as she is real behind in her class room work. She has alot of learning disablities and also has ADHD. So she is in a special school that will help her make up her credits faster so that she can gradurate from High School. The first thing this cop starts telling her is that she is stupid and she isn't getting an education because she is going to a school for dumbies. He then begins to tell her that she will never amount to anything and she needs to be locked up. He tells her that she will never get anywhere in this world because she is to stupid and has not education. The is starts to pick a fight with her getting her real mad and then tells her to put her hands up and hit him. This is when her girl friend's mom steps in and stops Ashley from doing something she doesn't want to do. Then the friend's mom calls the police department and let's them know that their is a cop at the park which is disrespecting her and my daughter and she would like to have a supervisor come down to the park to put a stop to this officer's conduct. Then all of the sudden there are about 8 more police officers on the sence. The took my daughter to the probation department in town where I went and picked her up as she was crying and her arm was bursed where the officer had crabbed her real hard and put her into the probation officers car. When I got there the probation officer told me the reason why she took my daughter was to get her away from that cop because he was trying everything in his power to get her to go to Juvienal Hall that day.
