Narrative:
While crossing the street on Saturday night August 20, 2005 from the motel 6 on my way to the Jack n the box. an police officer tried to arrest me. He told me to assume the position and drop my bag putting my arms into the air. he said i looked like someone he was after for a drug case. i told him i do not use drugs. he made a call and found out i was on parole and told me i had a warrant in long beach. later on he cuffed me and placed me into the car. after driving i asked why i was going to jail and he stated that i was out of county so i was therefore a parolee at large. i got suspicious when i relized he did not radio in and was driving to the mountains. i asked him what was going on and where he was taking me. he declined to answer. Later on he pulled into a very dark mountain area and pulled me out of the car. i resisted and he beat me over the head. he told me i could scream all i wanted he would like it. i proceeded to rape me while handcuffed and when i fought again he slammed my head into the car and hit me with the gun. fom then i was knocked out. later on he dumped me at the train station and left me after taking my belongings......later i relized i was pregnant from this and when i tried to report it i was thrown in jail for making a false police report.
