Narrative:
Sgt. Roja and I were in a relationship that had ended.
On or about October 15, 2006, Sgt. Roja came home around 10:00 p.m. I was watching television. He wanted to talk to me. He said he would go to counseling with me. I told him that I did not want to talk. I told him I just wanted to end the relationship peacefully. He started to cry. He sat on the couch with me. He told me he wanted to ravish me and said I want you so much. I told him I did not want to be with him. He grabbed my arm. He pushed me down on the couch. He said I'm gonna have my one last time with you. He pulled out a condom. He pulled off his pants and pushed up my dress. He told me. You're the best lover I ever had. He put the condom on. He put his penis in my vagina. He also penetrated my anus with his finger. I repeatedly told him to stop and told him, it hurts, but he did not stop. This appeared to have lasted about 10 minutes and I was telling him to get off me repeatedly. He told me, you know you like it. Let's enjoy this one last time. After he finally got off me, Sgt. Roja took off the condom and used his underwear to wipe off me and himself. He then went to the bathroom. When he caome out he got dressed. He told me, go ahead and call the police, they'll never believe you. I have 24 years in. You wanted it, you liked it. No one's going to believe you. You laid there, you took it. He lrft.
