Narrative:
Two Police officers Ned & Moslenko came to my house with a social care worker asking me were the owner of the house was located. I told them that he hasn't lived here in over 5 years and that i am the renter of the house and that i have a tenant/lease agreement. They told me that they are going to search my house and that i need to restrain my dogs. I told the officers that they need a search warrant and they replied that they do not need one. I said i wanted to contact my attorney. They told me they are going to search my house no matter what. I told them why don't they let me contact the owner over the phone and they said, how do we know who you are going to have us speak to is the owner? I said what number did you call for the owner? They told me 714 799-XXXX i told them they were off by one number it is 714 779-XXXX. I called the owner on the phone and had them speak with the owner. The owner lives in another city. Because of one number wrong on the phone number they had they try to violate my Civil Rights. Everything is recorded on surveillance camera.
