Narrative:
In May 2006 I was in a high speed chase with the police in Los Angeles. I know I was wrong in doing this. It lead through 4 separate parts of town including Beverly Hills and Hollywood. It came to a stop when I pulled over back in Los Angeles, when I had run out of gas. I pulled over, my car was shut off and I put my hands on the dashboard.
Then 2 police officers came to my door and dragged me out of the car. They threw me on the ground and started hitting me. Three other officers came over and joined in. They assaulted me with nightsticks, fists, and their boots by kicking me. I put up no struggle and begged them to stop. After several minutes of getting beaten, they finally stopped. I was arrested and charged with a number of things including assault and battery on a police officer. I, in no way did any assaulting of an officer. This was caught on one of the officers cameras and I want to fight this and file a formal complaint. What I did was wrong, but it in no way justify's what they did to me.
These crimes of police brutality have to come to a stop.
