My husband was arrested on charges due to the fact my ex husband was jealous a correctional officer and his best buddy a sgt of the state police in West Virginia. The entire town is so corrupt and if no change of venue is issued he has no chance. Sgt. even told him he would make sure he would spend the rest of his life behind bars for his buddy (my ex husband). I was told media is the best route to get change of venue. My other concern is attorneys. A public defender is going to do nothing especially if in that town. They have already been prewarned what would happen if they helped him out and an attorney on my own is very expensive. Is there any attorney's out there anymore that see a case and see how unfair it is and can discount their services or at least let you make payments once he is free to work? I'm worried. He is looking at a life in jail if I can't get help.
